Yes, Encompass by Pella offers vent stop and WOCD (Window Opening Control Device) options. Encompass by Pella double-hung windows offer an integrated vent stop. To meet the specifications of ASTM F2090 code regulations that are being enforced in some areas, the Encompass by Pella single-hung has WOCD capability with a Jamb Adapter. The jamb adapter and WOCD are sold together as an out-of-unit service part for field installation. This jamb adapter is also available with the vent stop to be applied in the field.
The roto cover is installed on the frame, but the crank handle is in the hardware bag packaged with the unit.
No, Pella does not offer these types of handles at this time.
We offer limited opening hardware and WOCD hardware for Encompass by Pella sliding windows. WOCD hardware is handed, so you will have to choose left hand or right hand. They are field-applied options.
